Since 1988 Landmark Pacific Inc. has constructed, restored, repaired and designed structures throughout Oregon and Southwest Washington.  LPI is owned and directed  by David and Linda Almendinger.  The company is located in Turner, Oregon, approximately 5 miles south of Salem.  We are licensed to serve clients' pre-engineered and structural construction needs in Oregon and Washington.
