President & Owner
Dave Almendinger has been in the construction industry since 1970. His successful construction management experience qualifies him as an expert in the structural steel and pre-engineered building business. Dave started Landmark Pacific Inc. in 1988.
Wally has extensive construction management experience, beginning his career in 1976. He has been responsible for estimating and managing all phases of construction, including marketing, design/build coordinating, and negotiating projects. He is valued for his excellent communication, management, and tight-scheduling skills. Such skills enable him to be a pro-active problem solver, ensuring high-quality construction and owner satisfaction.
Linda teamed up with Dave in the start-up of Landmark Pacific and together they have developed their business into a full-service construction company. Linda manages Landmark Pacific’s Construction Partner software to carefully track all project expenses

We support a staff of qualified employees, cross-trained in the disciplines of the pre-engineered and structural steel construction industry. We empower our site managers with decision making authority to optimize their experience.
